大连凯丹广场为商业综合体项目,其建筑功能复杂,平面及竖向布置独特,给结构设计提出较多挑战。在设计中,地下室部分采用无梁楼盖结构,局部采用大跨型钢混凝土转换梁;在钢-混凝土混合结构体系中根据位能等效原则确定阻尼比;在大跨连桥和大悬挑结构部分,进行人行舒适度分析。结果表明:振型阻尼比法比较适合计算钢-混凝土混合结构的阻尼比;通过人行激励时程分析可以较好地计算结构舒适度。
Dalian Kathan Square is a commercial complex project. Its complex architectural features, unique layouts and vertical layouts pose more challenges to structural design. In the design, the basement part adopts the non-beam floor structure and the partial adopts the long-span steel concrete conversion beam; the damping ratio is determined according to the principle of potential energy equivalence in the steel-concrete hybrid structure system; Part of the pedestrian comfort analysis. The results show that the vibration mode damping ratio method is more suitable for calculating the damping ratio of steel-concrete hybrid structures. The structural comfort can be calculated well by the time-history analysis of the human-induced excitation.
