随着红外焦平面阵列(IRFPA)的不断发展,红外成像系统的性能得到了显著的提高,但是IRFPA的非均匀性成为影响红外成像系统成像质量的制约因素,围绕IRFPA的非均匀性而开展的校正技术得到广泛关注。对基于定标非均匀校正技术的原理进行了探讨,将基于黑体定标方法和基于积分时间定标方法加以对比,提出了一种实用化的基于积分时间定标校正的实施方法,并加以验证,结果证明了该方法具有有效性,能够满足实际使用的需要。
