目的识别、分析和评价8 000 t/a乙烯-醋酸乙烯-氯乙烯共聚物乳胶技改项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,探讨其防护对策和管理措施。方法综合运用类比法和检查表法对建设项目进行评价分析。结果建设项目生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素有氯乙烯、乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯、噪声等。类比企业检测结果显示,乙酸乙烯酯合格率为100%,噪声合格率为80.0%。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,在认真落实职业病危害管理措施和防护设施的情况下,可达到预防和控制职业病危害的目的。
OBJECTIVE To identify, analyze and evaluate the possible occupational hazards and the extent of harm caused by the 8 000 t / a ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride copolymer emulsion modification project and to explore its protective measures and management measures. Methods The methods of analogy and checklist are combined to evaluate the construction project. Results The main occupational hazards that may occur during the construction of the project are vinyl chloride, ethylene, vinyl acetate, noise and so on. Analogy test results show that vinyl acetate pass rate of 100%, the noise pass rate of 80.0%. Conclusion This project belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational disease hazards. Under the circumstances of earnestly implementing the occupational disease hazard management measures and protective facilities, the project can achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling occupational hazards.
