沥青混合料的压实温度一般根据沥青的黏度确定,许多研究和规范都提出了黏度标准以推算压实温度,但这些大都基于基质沥青的经验而提出,对于种类众多的改性沥青,不具广泛的适用性。本研究以4种常见的改性沥青为对象,辅以基质沥青为参照,通过测定不同温度下沥青及其胶浆的黏度值,进行两种黏度比分析和绘制黏温曲线。研究发现:改性沥青及其胶浆的黏度变化规律与基质沥青不尽相同,改性沥青胶浆的黏度变化相对较为稳定,且用胶浆黏度推算压实温度更为全面,推荐改性沥青胶浆黏度(1.3~1.6±0.05)Pa·s为适合压实的标准,利用黏温曲线回归公式反算其压实温度分别为:TB胶粉改性青148.6℃~163.1℃,4%SBS改性沥青153.5℃~171.3℃,10%PE湿法改性沥青165.2℃~184.9℃,18%橡胶沥青181.8℃~197.6℃。
The compaction temperature of asphalt mixture is generally determined by the viscosity of asphalt. Many research and specifications have proposed viscosity standards to calculate compaction temperature, but these are mostly based on the experience of matrix asphalt. The compaction temperature is calculated by the regression formula of viscosity-temperature curve respectively: TB powder modified green 148.6 ℃ ~ 163.1 ℃, 4% SBS Modified bitumen 153.5 ℃ ~ 171.3 ℃, 10% PE wet modified bitumen 165.2 ℃ ~ 184.9 ℃, 18% rubber bitumen 181.8 ℃ ~ 197.6 ℃.
