本文介绍基于RFID油田物联网智能运维系统的设计,主要采用可读写RFID芯片,结合基于Windows CE嵌入式系统应用开发,通过射频信号手持终端自动识别电子标签,并通过3G无线网络实现相关设备信息的实时读取和写入后台数据库,根据GPS信息自动调度现场运维人员,为油田运行维护提供方便。通过在新疆克拉玛依市油田采油现场的实际应用,证明在油田生产现场的恶略环境下,通过基于RFID的油田物联网智能运维系统,不仅能够保证系统维持稳定运行,并且能够极大的提高运维效率,实现油田智能化运维。
This paper introduces the design of intelligent operation and maintenance system based on RFID Oilfield’s Internet of Things. It mainly uses RFID chips which can read and write, and based on Windows CE embedded system application development. RFID tags are automatically identified by hand-held terminals, and related equipment is realized through 3G wireless network Real-time information read and write backstage database, according to GPS information automatically dispatching on-site operation and maintenance personnel, for the oilfield operation and maintenance to provide convenience. Through the actual application of the oil field in Karamay City, Xinjiang Oilfield, it is proved that, under the circumstance of the oilfield production site, through the RFID-based IoT intelligent operation and maintenance system, not only can the system maintain stable operation, but also greatly improve the transportation Dimensional efficiency, to achieve intelligent oil field operation and maintenance.
