为改善硝胺双基推进剂的综合性能,对季戊四醇二叠氮二硝酸酯(PDADN)在螺压硝胺改性双基推进剂中的应用进行了研究,测试了推进剂的力学性能、燃烧特性、化学安定性、机械感度、能量特性和燃气特征信号,对比分析了试验数据。研究结果表明,PDADN新型含能材料的引入不仅可以显著改善推进剂的力学性能,而且对提高推进剂的能量、降低燃气特征信号及燃烧温度等均有益。
In order to improve the comprehensive performance of nitramine-based propellants, the application of pentaerythritol diazide dinitrate (PDADN) in screw-press nitramine-modified double-base propellants was studied. The mechanical properties of propellants were tested, Characteristics, chemical stability, mechanical sensitivity, energy characteristics and gas characteristics of the signal, comparative analysis of the test data. The results show that the introduction of PDADN can not only significantly improve the mechanical properties of propellants, but also improve the energy of propellants, reduce the characteristics of gas signals and combustion temperatures are beneficial.
