[Objective] To compare the timeliness of the network of notifiable infectious diseases before and after direct reporting in Tibet Autonomous Region. [Method] The epidemic data of infectious diseases in Tibet Autonomous Region from 2003 to 2006 were derived and the median was calculated using SPSS13.0. [Results] The average reporting time of the pre-reporting epidemic was 11 days, which was only 3 days after the direct reporting. The infectious diseases of respiratory diseases of A and B infectious diseases were reduced from 13 days to 2 days, and the blood-borne and sexually transmitted infections were 13 days Reduced to 3d, intestinal infectious diseases reduced from 10d to 8d, natural foci and zoonotic diseases extended from 15d to 17d; several key infectious diseases, dysentery, viral hepatitis and measles reported by the direct 10,12 And 17d were reduced to 2d, tuberculosis extended from 12d before direct reporting to 17d; county zero deficit reported higher than the net direct report. [Conclusion] The network direct report greatly improves the timeliness of the report of the epidemic situation of infectious diseases and plays an active role in the timely detection and treatment of the epidemic situation of infectious diseases and the effective control of its epidemic. However, there are still some problems in direct reporting of the network of infectious disease outbreaks in the Tibet Autonomous Region: the direct reporting system for infectious disease outbreaks is not complete and complete; the zero-deficiency notification rate in the counties after the direct reporting of infectious disease outbreaks is significantly increased; Natural environment constraints; tuberculosis and other chronic infectious diseases affect the overall trend of the epidemic report the most important diseases.
