作者用PCR、点杂交方法和核苷酸序列分析验证了1988年流行于山东和1990年流行于新疆的Ⅰ型脊灰病毒为野毒株,它们VP1-2A区150个核苷酸序列与SabinⅠ疫苗株的差异率≥16.7%。而3株新疆株之间在此区域内的核苷酸差异率≤2.67%,编码的氨基酸序列完全相同。山东株在此区域与新疆株核苷酸序列的差异率达14.0%~15.33%,并且有一个氨基酸不同。提示山东株与新疆株属不同的野毒基因型
The results of PCR, dot hybridization and nucleotide sequence analysis confirmed that wild type Ⅰ poliovirus type Ⅰ was endemic to Shandong in 1988 and Xinjiang in 1990. The 150 nucleotide sequences of VP1-2A region were identical to Sabin Ⅰ The difference of vaccine strains was more than 16.7%. However, the nucleotide differences among the three Xinjiang strains in this region were less than or equal to 2.67%, and the encoded amino acid sequences were identical. Shandong strains in this region and Xinjiang strains nucleotide sequence difference rate of 14.0% to 15.33%, and there is a different amino acid.
