在“重智、轻德、弃体”的影响下,开展学校体育阻力很大,学校运动队的工作更是难以展开。训练、比赛与文化学习,教师、学生、家长与教练员之间,真是矛盾重重。学校运动队的运动员要学习、要训练、要外出比赛,文化教师首先担心:学生运动员训练、比赛占用了部分学习时间,不影响学习吗?!其次是家长们的担心:孩子们正处在贪玩的年龄,参加运动队“玩疯了心”,还能专心学习吗?!接下来是小小运动员自己,他们爱活动、羡慕那些为国争光的体育健儿,但想到家长和老师都喜欢学习成绩好的学生,担心家长和老师不支持他们参加运动队的活动。而我们教练员最担心的是:学生运动员有思想顾虑,有精神压力,
