纯音听力测验时骨导耳机放置部位的商榷山西医学院第二附属医院(030001)李西秦,马敏,王卓玲纯音听力测验时骨导听阈的测定具有重要意义,而骨导耳机放置的部位有两外,即额部正中及同侧乳突[1,2],但两处测得之阈值有差异。我们自l992年2月至5月对27例(43耳)进行了测验,现报道如下。材料和方法一、受试对象:27例中男13例,女14例。听力正常含7例(14耳),均系21~23岁之青年。患者20例(9例双耳,11例单耳,共2耳,年龄18~65岁,其中传音性耳聋15例(21耳):包括外伤性鼓膜穿孔(3耳),分泌性中耳炎2例(3耳),慢性化脓性中耳炎9例(14耳),鼓室硬化症1例(1耳)。感觉神经性聋5例(8耳)。包括链霉素中毒性聋1例(2耳),老年性聋2例(4耳),原因不明2例(2耳)。二,测试方法:测听室本底噪声为28dB患者入室后,先行气体听阈测定,然后再行骨导听阈测定。将骨导耳机置其额部正中,给欲测试之对侧耳加60~80dB白噪声掩蔽。从1000Hz0dB开始,以5dB一档上升法测试,先测高频,再测低频。为避免因听觉疲劳导致之误差,让患者休息5分钟再将骨导耳机置于测试之同侧乳突区,对侧耳亦加60~80d
