目的 探讨左Toldt胰前筋膜入路并左手控制技术在结肠脾曲游离中的应用价值.方法回顾性分析2010G3-2012G3期间河南省肿瘤医院普外科38例行结肠脾曲游离的直肠癌手术患者的临床病理资料,总结左Toldt胰前筋膜入路在结肠脾曲游离中的应用技巧和疗效.结果 38例患者均应用胰前筋膜入路完成结肠脾曲游离,游离时间为107min±26min,出血量为65m L±25m L,术中1例出现脾渗血,经无血电凝处理后控制,未出现脾切除及结肠损伤者.结论 采用左Toldt胰前筋膜入路可安全而快速的完成结肠脾曲的游离
Objective To investigate the value of left Toldt anterior fascia approach and left-handed control technique in the treatment of colon splenic flexion.Methods 38 patients with colon splenic flexion in rectal cancer surgery during 2010G3-2012G3 retrospective analysis were retrospectively analyzed.
