采用中国健康与营养调查(CHNS)2006年的数据分析表明,人力资本价格受人力资本自身及其所处环境的影响。同时,各部门组织的人力资本价格呈现出不同的规律性。政府机关和事业单位的教育收益率较高,性别差异等不明显,但地域和户籍等影响显著。企业组织的教育收益率相对较低,地域和户籍等影响不明显,但性别差异较为突出。
Data from the 2006 China Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (CHNS) show that the price of human capital is influenced by the human capital itself and its environment. At the same time, the prices of human capital in various departments show different regularities. Government agencies and institutions of higher educational yield, gender differences are not obvious, but the significant impact of geographical and household registration. The rate of return on education in business organizations is relatively low, the impact of geographical and household registration is not obvious, but the gender differences are more prominent.
