伴随着我们物质文化生活水平的提升与旅游业的快速发展,人们对于饮食文化的需求不断提升,对餐厅服务的要求也在不断的提僧。为此本文对其进行教学实践研究,强调个性化的实训操作,力求具有较强的实用性与科学性。本人认为学生学到的技能要实用,为此整个教学的环节都需要立足于酒店行业的需求,以提供学生的实践能力为导向,致力于满足学生的职业生涯发展需求。
With the improvement of our material and cultural life and the rapid development of tourism industry, people’s demand for food culture continues to grow. The demand for restaurant services is constantly being raised. For this reason, this article carries on the teaching practice research, emphasizes the individualized training operation, strives to have the stronger practicality and the scientific nature. In my opinion, the skills learned by students should be practical. For this reason, the entire teaching process needs to be based on the needs of the hotel industry and be guided by the practical ability of students so as to meet the needs of students’ career development.
