在陆地矿产资源日渐枯竭与工业需求不断增长的矛盾下,深海矿物的开采已是势在必行。深海采矿扬矿管有区别于石油平台立管的特殊之处,由于处于悬垂状态而具有高自由度,因此其水平运动响应值得关注。采用有限元软件Abaqus的Aqua模块对其进行有限元模拟,通过建模计算,得到扬矿管在作业状态与不同拖航速度下的水平偏移与弯矩分布情况,得到了一些具有参考价值的结论。
Under the contradiction between the depletion of terrestrial mineral resources and the continuous growth of industrial demand, the exploitation of deep-sea minerals is imperative. Deep sea mining pipelines are different from the pedestal of the oil platform. Due to the high degree of freedom in the suspended state, the horizontal motion response deserves attention. Aqua module of finite element software Abaqus was used to simulate it. Through the modeling and calculation, the horizontal deviation and bending moment distribution of the pipe under working condition and different tow speed were obtained, and some reference values in conclusion.
