许多机械工艺人员在设计钻模时,常感觉国家标准钻套不好用,刀具、钻套易磨损,特别是铰套。究其原因,皆因选择不当造成。让我们先分析一个实例:国家标准 GB2265-80的标记示例中写到:铰套12E7×18m6×16分析:铰套内径 d=12E7=12+0.050 +0.032而选标准铰刀(?)12H9饺刀直径为 d=(?)12+0.036 0.020铰刀与铰套可能出现的最大过盈量:δ_(max)(?)=d_(max)=d_(max)-d_(min)=12.036-12.032=0.004这样当然会发生咬死的现象。现就这个问题与广大同行进行探讨。钻模已被广泛运用于钻床加工。使用钻模加工时,是借助于钻套确定刀具位置和引导刀具进给方向。
