反流性食管炎（RE）是指过多的胃、十二指肠内容物返流入食管引起反酸、吞咽困难等症状，并导致食管黏膜糜烂、溃疡等病变。作者应用莫沙必利与质子泵抑制剂奥美拉唑联合治疗RE45例，疗效显著。
