病例摘要:男,14岁、住院号45745,患儿以四肢瘫痪、抽搐半个月,于75年9月18日入院。两个月前有轻微头痛,能自然缓解。17天前突然出现四肢抽搐,眼球上翻,口吐白沫,当时意识不清,持续大约4～5分钟后清醒。入院前14天出现右小手指疼痛,即日出现双上肢不能活动,双腿不能站立,吞咽困难,语言不清。体温波动在37—38℃之间。某医院疑为“癫痫”,曾抗“癫痫”,青、链霉素,治疗无效转入我院。否认结核、肝炎史。家族:无同样病史。

Fluctuation of body temperature between 37-38 ℃. A hospital suspected of “epilepsy”, had anti-“epilepsy”, green, streptomycin, invalid treatment transferred to our hospital. Denied tuberculosis, history of hepatitis. Family: no similar history.
