The year 2007 witnessed a sustained and rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry. The passenger traffic of the entire industry soared from 158 million in 2006 to 185 million, up 17.08%. As the volume of civil aviation transportation increases year by year, it is particularly important to do a good job in consumer affairs.
