小型测量仪及通讯仪器通常采用激光二极管作为其光源,这是因为它具有体积小、效率高、结构简单和价格便宜等优点。但是激光二极管的运行质量,与其驱动电源的性能密切相关,电流的起伏会引起光功率的变化,这就需要高性能电源驱动系统才能获得稳定、准确可调的光功率输出。根据激光二极管的工作原理,设计了以单片机控制为核心采用模糊控制技术以及附加一路参考信号的激光二极管光功率数字可调控制系统。系统利用智能模糊控制技术,可有效实现激光二极管光功率的实时控制和显示,可以获得稳定、准确可调的光功率输出。
Small measuring instruments and communication devices usually use laser diodes as their light source because of their small size, high efficiency, simple structure and low price. However, the running quality of the laser diode is closely related to the performance of the driving power supply. The current fluctuation causes the optical power variation, which requires a high-performance power supply driving system to obtain a stable and accurately adjustable optical power output. According to the working principle of laser diode, a digital adjustable control system of laser diode power is designed by using fuzzy control technology and single reference signal. The system uses intelligent fuzzy control technology, which can effectively realize real-time control and display of laser diode optical power, and can obtain stable and accurately adjustable optical power output.
