采用模糊控制器来代替人进行Fuzzy控制,是仿照人脑的Fuzzy推理决策过程。由于装置本身不会思维,因此,Fuzzy控制过程是将精确量转化为模糊集,然后输入给模糊算法器进行处理。根据大庆油田采油六厂喇560联合站原油脱水系统的工艺情况,设计了一个带前馈的Fuzzy—PI复合控制系统。通过理论和系统仿真证明:当采油压力有较大波动或脱水器参数有较大变化时,采用该系统对脱水器界面进行控制,其油水界面的波动完全能保持在规定的范围内,这样就可以满足脱水器正常工作的要求
