为探讨超声波检测技术测试小直径钢管混凝土试件的正确性和可行性,并为后期试验做准备,制作7组立方体试块、12个小直径钢管混凝土试件,测试其抗压强度及声学参数;得到不同情况的特定声学参数变化规律,并进行尺寸效应敏感性分析和声速拟合及对比。由试验分析可知,超声波检测技术可运用于小直径钢管混凝土结构,满足声学参数变化一般规律,但应考虑尺寸效应,同时可为后期试验提供钢管混凝土界面特征的评判标准,也可为类似试验提供参考。
In order to explore the correctness and feasibility of testing small diameter concrete filled steel tubular specimens with ultrasonic testing technology and to prepare for the later experiments, 7 sets of cubic test blocks and 12 small diameter concrete filled steel tubular specimens were prepared to test their compressive strength and acoustic parameters The variation law of specific acoustic parameters under different conditions was obtained, and the sensitivity analysis of size effect and sound velocity fitting and comparison were carried out.
