废旧聚酯材料的解聚及产物结构分析

为了拓宽废旧聚酯材料的功能化应用领域,采用醇解原理,研究了1,4-丁二醇与材料的解聚反应,使用醋酸锌作为催化剂。并运用重结晶法提纯解聚产物,其中,水为重结晶溶剂。采用红外光谱、液质联用(LC-MS)和核磁共振(1 HNMR和13 CNMR)研究解聚产物的具体结构;差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析解聚产物的热性能。结果表明:解聚产物是一种单体,分子结构为对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,纯度高,分子量为310g/mol,熔点约为75.5℃。 In order to broaden the field of functional applications of waste polyester materials, the alcohol depolymerization principle was used to study the depolymerization reaction of 1,4-butanediol with the materials. Zinc acetate was used as the catalyst. And decondensation product is purified by recrystallization, wherein water is recrystallization solvent. The specific structures of the depolymerization products were studied by IR, LC-MS and 1 H NMR and 13 CNMR. The thermal properties of the depolymerization products were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that the depolymerization product is a kind of monomer with the molecular structure of butylene terephthalate. The molecular weight is 310g / mol and the melting point is about 75.5 ℃.
