为探讨终末期肾功能衰竭病人血液透析过程中免疫功能改变,采用改良EsnaultS法进行外周血单个核细胞分离及培养与酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测,对12例终末期肾衰病人在采用不同透析膜血透时,外周血单个核细胞培养上清中白细胞介素13(IL-13)的水平进行观察。发现血透前IL-13与正常对照无明显差异,而血透后IL-13水平明显降低,但不同透析膜对IL-13的影响无显著差异。提示在终末期肾衰病人的血透过程中,存在Th2细胞的功能受损
In order to explore the immune function changes during hemodialysis in patients with end-stage renal failure, peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated and cultured by modified EsnaultS method and detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). In 12 patients with end-stage renal failure The levels of interleukin-13 (IL-13) in peripheral blood mononuclear cell culture supernatants were observed when hemodialysis was performed on different dialysis membranes. It was found that IL-13 before hemodialysis had no significant difference with normal control, while the level of IL-13 decreased significantly after hemodialysis. However, the effect of different dialysis membranes on IL-13 had no significant difference.
