甘孜州是“三区三州”深度贫困地区之一,交通发展曾严重滞后,近来年,在党和政府关心下,交通扶贫规划逐步实现,交通基础设施有了极大改善,为州内经济社会发展奠定了良好基础.

甘孜州是“三区三州”深度贫困地区之一,交通发展曾严重滞后,近来年,在党和政府关心下,交通扶贫规划逐步实现,交通基础设施有了极大改善,为州内经济社会发展奠定了良好基础.本文通过总结交通扶贫为甘孜州带来的巨大变化,分析其效能发挥情况,提出应充分发挥交通运输基础性作用,将交通建设与长效扶贫产业相结合、与本地发展战略相结合、与生态保护相结合,促进交通与经济社会的深度融合发展.
