20世纪90年代中期,英国中央政府全面实施中小学校长培训工作以来,在培训理念与价值、培训计划与实施、培训内容与方法、培训机制与评估等方面的专业化取向已经越发明显。本文基于对英国中小学校长培训专业化发展取向特点的探析,旨在为我国中小学校长培训更为专业化的开展提供一定借鉴和启示。
Since the mid-90s of the 20th century, when the Central Government of the United Kingdom implemented the training of principals in primary and secondary schools in an all-round way, the orientation of specialization in training concepts and values, training programs and implementation, training contents and methods, training mechanisms and evaluation has become more and more obvious. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of principal professional training development in primary and secondary schools in the United Kingdom, this paper aims to provide some reference and inspiration for the training of principal principals in primary and secondary schools in China.
