[目的 ]探讨酚氧化酶 (phenoloxidase,PO)与疟原虫卵囊黑化的关系。 [方法 ]以斯氏按蚊 /约氏疟原虫为模型 ,对 4组斯氏按蚊 (不吸血组、吸正常血组、吸感染血组和硝喹组 )血淋巴进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (PAGE)和凝胶图像分析 ,检测单酚氧化酶 (monophenoloxidase ,MPO)和二酚氧化酶 (diphenoloxidase,DPO)活性。 [结果 ]吸正常血组和不吸血组蚊血淋巴中MPO及o DPO活性无明显差异 ;与吸正常血组或不吸血组相比 ,感染组MPO及o DPO活性无明显变化 ,但用药组d1 0 则显著增加 ,d1 5 显著降低。 [结论 ]斯氏按蚊血淋巴中PO活性变化与约氏疟原虫卵囊黑化在时间上一致。
[Objective] To explore the relationship between phenol oxidase (PO) and malaria parasite melanization. [Method] With Anopheles stephensi / Plasmodium yoelii as model, the hemolymphs of 4 groups Anopheles stephensi (non-aspiration group, aspiration normal blood group, aspiration-infected blood group and nitroquine group) were subjected to polyacrylamide gel Electrophoresis (PAGE) and gel image analysis were performed to detect the activities of monophenoloxidase (MPO) and diphenoloxidase (DPO). [Results] There was no significant difference in the MPO and o DPO activities between mosquito-lymphocytes and non-blood-sucking mosquitoes, but there was no significant difference in the activity of MPO and o-DPO between the two groups d1 0 was significantly increased, d1 5 significantly reduced. [Conclusion] The change of PO activity in the hemolymph of C. mosquitoes was consistent with that of P. oocysts oocysts in time.
