目前,激光光声效应的观测通常采用电容微音器或驻极体微音器作为探测元件。它们的灵敏度很高,但容易受环境干扰,即周围的振动和噪声会引起微音器膜片不规则振动而影响测量。为此,我们试制了微气流敏感器;并在激光光声装置中以微气流敏感器代替微音器测量光声信号,取得了较满意的结果。国外有几家工厂已在非色散型红外线气体分析器中用微气流敏感器代替微音器,改进了仪器的抗振动
At present, the observation of laser photoacoustic effect usually adopts capacitance microphone or electret microphone as detection element. Their high sensitivity, but vulnerable to environmental interference, that is, the surrounding vibration and noise can cause irregular vibration of the microphone diaphragm and affect the measurement. For this reason, we tried out the micro-airflow sensor; and the micro-flow sensor replaced the micro-microphone to measure the photoacoustic signal in the laser photoacoustic device, and obtained the satisfactory result.
