季胺盐类抗菌聚合物穿透微生物细胞膜能力强,稳定性好,对皮肤刺激小,残余毒性低,被广泛认为具有良好且持久的抗菌性能。本文研究用马来酸酐,甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯,甲基丙烯酸叔丁基氨基乙酯通过自由基聚合物法合成抗菌聚合物PTDM,并利用马来酸酐的架桥作用将三元共聚物PTDM牢固接枝在脱胶生丝表面,制备出具有高效安全的抗菌生丝,并对该抗菌生丝进行抗菌性能表征。
