对疲劳不合格的7×××系合金厚板样品进行了断口、金相、扫描电镜和能谱分析,并对相应的铸锭样品进行追溯分析。结果表明,样品疲劳性能低是由于铸锭显微疏松引起的。
Fracture, microstructure, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis of 7 ××× alloy plate samples with unqualified fatigue were carried out, and the corresponding ingot samples were retrospectively analyzed. The results show that the low fatigue properties of the samples are due to the microscopic loose ingot.
