目的通过对郑州地区近年无偿献血者错血型的原因和分布变化分析,制定出应对方案,以降低初筛错血型的发生率。方法对2009-2016年郑州地区无偿献血者初筛错血型按年和血型统计其所占比例,初筛错血型的原因以环境因素、试剂因素和人为因素分类。结果 2009-2016年共检测1 518 529人次血型,初筛错血型1 790例,占比0.12%。其中O型296例,初筛错血型率最低,占总O型比0.07%;AB型436例,初筛错血型率最高,占总O型比0.07%。从2011-2016年,初筛错血型比率是逐年降低的。初筛错血型的原因人为因素占57.60%到69.50%。结论初筛错血型的比率逐年降低,AB型初筛错血型率最高,人为因素是初筛错血型的主要原因。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the causes and distribution changes of the blood type of unpaid blood donors in Zhengzhou area in recent years and to develop a response plan to reduce the incidence of pre-screening of the wrong blood type. Methods The proportion of uncorrected blood donors in Zhengzhou area was calculated by year and by blood type from 2009-2016. The reasons for the initial screening of the wrong blood type were classified according to environmental factors, reagents and human factors. Results A total of 1 518 529 blood samples were detected in 2009-2016. There were 1 790 misclassified blood samples, accounting for 0.12%. The O-type 296 cases, the lowest rate of the first screening of the wrong type of blood, the total O-type ratio of 0.07%; AB type 436 cases, the highest rate of the first screening of the wrong type of blood, the total O-type ratio of 0.07%. From 2011 to 2016, the proportion of pre-screening wrong blood type is decreasing year by year. The reasons for the first screening of the wrong type of blood accounted for 57.60% to 69.50% of human factors. Conclusions The rate of misdiagnosis of primary screening is decreasing year by year, and the rate of misdiagnosis of type AB primary screening is the highest. Human factors are the main reason for the initial screening of misdiagnosis.
