目的 :研究HPLC法测定盐酸氨溴索的方法及条件。方法 :色谱柱ZORBAXODSC18,流动相为乙腈 磷酸二氢铵溶液 (6 0∶4 0 ) ,检测波长 2 4 8nm。结果 :盐酸氨溴索在 7.5~ 6 0 .0 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 ,其回归方程为Y =33.5 8X +18.10 ,r =0 .9995 ,平均回收率为 99.7%。结论 :HPLC法测定注射用盐酸氨溴索的含量 ,方法准确 ,快速 ,回收率高。
Objective: To study the method and conditions for the determination of ambroxol hydrochloride by HPLC. METHODS: The column ZORBAXODSC18 was eluted with acetonitrile-ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution (60:40) at a detection wavelength of 248 nm. Results: Ambroxol hydrochloride showed a good linearity in the range of 7.5-6.0 μg · ml-1 with a regression equation of Y = 33.5 8X +18.10 and r = 0.9995 with an average recovery of 99.7%. Conclusion: HPLC method for the determination of ambroxol hydrochloride for injection, the method is accurate, rapid and high recovery rate.
