患儿 ,男 ,1 5天。因呕吐咖啡色液 6次入院。孕 38周因宫内窘迫剖宫产 ,出生体重30 0 0ｇ ,生后 8小时开奶 ,吸吮吞咽正常 ,第2天始呕吐咖啡色液 6次 ,量多 ,胎便正常。查体 :轻度脱水貌 ;体温Ｔ 36 5℃ ,脉搏 15 2次 /分 ,呼吸 84次 /分 ,体重 2 5 0 0ｇ。神志清 ,皮肤轻度黄
