The imperial edict is a special form of paperwork that the ancient monarchs of the nation proclaimed their subjects, appointed officials, sealed their chambers of worship, commended merit, and declared to the Gentiles. It is also the carrier and symbol of imperial power. The earliest origins of imperial edits can be traced back to Shang and Zhou periods, and there is no fixed form.
