地震勘探由于受波前扩散、地层吸收等因素的影响,致使接收到的深层信息的能量相当微弱,即使是比较强的波阻抗界面,在地面上记录下来的深层信息的能量也是很弱的。尤其是潜山内部,其界面反射系数较小,埋藏深度又深,在地面上记录的能量就显得更弱了。加之,在记录的尾部,干扰波(包括随机干扰及低频规则干扰)又控制了仪器的增益,使深层反射信息得不到足够的放大,以致使深层的反射信息大部份都淹没在干扰的背景之中。究竟如何得好和处理好深层的地震资料,乃是伺待解决的问题。
