应用ITS技术后,道路服务水平的概念也发生了相应变化。高速度、大流量的交通状态,其服务水平就相对较高。从对服务水平这一概念的重新理解上入手,论文选取能够体现这一新的服务水平评价理念的无量纲交通压力和无量纲密度作为评价指标,将快速路基本路段服务水平划分为4个等级,建立灰类白化函数,确定相应阈值,运用灰色聚类评价法评价快速路系统基本路段的服务水平。北京二环路实测数据验证结果表明,本文所提出的方法是正确和可行的。
