随着高职院校毕业生就业压力的不断增大,开展就业管理对提升高职院校毕业生的就业率具有十分重要的作用,是目前大部分高职院校所采取的提升就业的重要措施之一,但其管理模式的创新方面还存在一些不足。本文主要对当前高职院校毕业生就业管理模式创新的必要性进行分析,提出相应的对策建议,以此全面提升高职院校毕业生就业管理模式的创新性,使其作用能够得以有效发挥。
With the increasing employment pressure of higher vocational college graduates, carrying out employment management plays an important role in enhancing the employment rate of graduates from higher vocational colleges. It is an important job that most vocational colleges take to promote employment However, there are still some shortcomings in the innovation of management mode. This paper mainly analyzes the necessity of the innovation of the current employment management mode for the graduates in higher vocational colleges and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions so as to improve the innovativeness of the employment management mode for the graduates in higher vocational colleges in an all-round way so that their functions can be effectively played .
