目的:探讨食管鳞癌患者凝血四项、D-二聚体(D-D)水平与临床病理特征的相关性。方法:抽取2020年6月至2021年6月周口市第一人民医院收治的80例食管癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受食管癌根治术治疗,术后行组织病理检查,记录患者临床病理特征;检测患者入院时凝血四项及D-D水平,分析凝血四项、D-D水平与食管鳞癌患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果:有淋巴结转移患者纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-D水平高于无淋巴结转移者(n P<0.05);有远端转移患者活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)短于无远端转移者,FIB、D-D水平高于无远端转移者(n P<0.05);低分化患者D-D高于中/高分化者(n P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,FIB、D-D高表达与食管鳞癌患者淋巴结转移有关(n P<0.05);APTT短、PT短、FIB及D-D高表达与食管鳞癌患者远端转移有关(n P<0.05);D-D高表达与食管鳞癌患者低分化有关(n P<0.05)。n 结论:食管鳞癌患者凝血四项、D-D水平与淋巴结转移、远端转移、肿瘤分化程度等临床病理特征有关。“,”Objective:To investigate the correlation of four coagulation items, D-Dimer (D-D) with clinicopathological features in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:A total of 80 patients with esophageal cancer treated in the First People’s Hospital of Zhoukou from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research object. All patients were treated with radical esophagectomy. Histopathological examination was performed after operation, and the clinicopathological characteristics were recorded; the four items of coagulation and D-D level at admission were detected, and the correlation between the four items of coagulation and D-D level and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed.Results:The levels of fibrinogen (FIB) and D-D in patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis(n P<0.05); the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and prothrombin time (PT) in patients with distal metastasis were shorter than those without distal metastasis, and FIB and D-D levels were higher than those without distal metastasis (n P<0.05); D-D in poorly differentiated patients was higher than that in medium / highly differentiated patients (n P<0.05); Logistic regression analysis showed that the high expression of FIB and D-D was related to lymph node metastasis in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (n P<0.05); short APTT, short PT, high expression of FIB and D-D were associated with distal metastasis in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (n P<0.05); the high expression of D-D was related to the low differentiation of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:The levels of coagulation and D-D in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma are related to clinicopathological features such as lymph node metastasis, distal metastasis and tumor differentiation.
