The expansionary policy is the core of the foreign policy of the Benito Mussolini government. The brilliant desire to rebuild the Roman Empire, the economic crisis in Italy, the various conflicts in the Red Sea region, the fraudulent diplomatic ties with Britain and the massive colonial discontent among the United Kingdom, as well as the favorable international environment at that time, contributed to Italy’s expansion of the Red Sea. Italy’s expansion of the Red Sea region is manifested in its military invasion of Ethiopia and other countries, its political infiltration in the Red Sea countries, its control of agricultural production in the occupied territories, and its religious reformation to the colonies. In the course of its implementation, the expansion policy was blocked by the people of Britain and the occupied territories and finally went bankrupt. The monopoly bourgeoisie in Italy broke up internally, the Italian economy started to collapse, and Benito Mussolini’s regime finally collapsed.
