为解决HXD1C机车运用过程中发生的辅助变流器中间直流电压过高的问题,分析了HXD1C机车辅助变流器的配置及其输出电压与输出频率关系,根据三相异步电机再生制动的原理,找出辅助变流器中间直流过压的原因,采取优化软件参数使机车主断路器断开之后将辅助变流器的输出频率维持不变的措施,彻底解决了HXD1C机车过分相时辅助变流器直流过压的故障。
In order to solve the problem that the HVDC1C locomotive auxiliary DC converter voltage is too high, this paper analyzes the configuration of HXD1C locomotive auxiliary converter and the relationship between output voltage and output frequency. According to the principle of three-phase asynchronous motor regenerative braking , To find out the cause of DC converter over-voltage in the middle of the auxiliary converter, take measures to optimize the software parameters to maintain the output frequency of the auxiliary converter unchanged after the main circuit breaker of the locomotive is disconnected, and completely solve the auxiliary variable DC converter fault overvoltage.
