简要分析了大功率中速机车柴油机活塞环槽磨损原因,针对目前正在生产应用和开发的活塞环槽强化处理技术,在给定模拟系统条件下,采用MPX-2000盘销式摩擦磨损试验机,进行了现用合金铸铁活塞环与5种表面强化处理活塞环槽的耐磨性模拟试验。试验优选出了适配现用活塞环的中速柴油机活塞环槽强化处理技术。
This paper briefly analyzes the wear reason of the piston ring groove of high power medium speed locomotive diesel engine. According to the piston ring groove processing technology which is being applied in production and development, under the condition of given simulation system, using the MPX-2000 discounted friction and wear testing machine, The wear resistance of the existing alloy cast iron piston ring and five kinds of surface strengthened piston ring grooves were simulated. The experiment outlines the medium-speed diesel piston ring groove tightening technology which is suitable for the present piston ring.
