目前,我国所使用的检定100mm以下一等量块的仪器,大多是东德蔡司厂生产的柯氏干涉仪,按照JJG146—76《尺寸至100mm一等量块检定规程》的要求,使用柯氏干涉仪检定一等量块时,要读取四种光波干涉条纹相对差值的数据及温度、气压等数据,根据这些数据来查五个不同的表,进行七个公式运算,还要根据部分中间运算结果并借助一个专用计算尺得到修正量C_1,最后才能得到检定结果。鉴于这套数据处理方式繁杂,计算时间长,读数、计算错误不易查找,我们用BASIC语言编制了一套程序,借助APPLEⅡ微机来进行数据处理,从而解决了人工数据处理的种种弊端。由于柯氏干涉仪是以能够实现小数重合法原理而设计
