病历摘要患者女性,63岁,病历号:33950。于1979年12月21日下午突感头晕、头痛、胸闷,家人发现精神萎靡,送来本院急诊。经心电图检查:P_(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVR,aVF)高尖;ST_(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF、v_4～v_6)明显压低,ST_(aVR)抬高;T_(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVR、aVF、v_5、v_6)呈双向,拟诊为急性心内膜下心肌梗塞收入内科冠心病监护病室。患者既往有高血压史10余年。入院查体:血压180/120
Patient history, female, 63 years old, medical record number: 33,950. In the afternoon of December 21, 1979, Sudden dizziness, headache, chest tightness, family members found apathetic, sent to our hospital emergency room. According to the results of electrocardiogram, the peak of P_ (Ⅱ, Ⅲ, aVR, aVF) was sharp; ST_ (Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, aVF and v_4 ~ v_6) , AVF, v_5, v_6) were bi-directional, to be diagnosed as acute subendocardial myocardial infarction income medical coronary care unit. Patients with previous history of hypertension more than 10 years. Admission examination: blood pressure 180/120
