1995年～1997年我科收治3例柯萨奇B族病毒(CBV)感染并致脑炎、心肌炎和/或肝脏损害。其中男2例,女1例,年龄6岁～9岁。3例均以头痛、喷射性呕吐起病,2例同时伴面色苍白、乏力、多汗,随后出现频繁抽搐、意识障碍;1例经治疗头痛、呕吐好转后出现心慌、胸闷等症状;1例伴发热。病程3小时～1周。体检:体温不升1例,神志不清2例,嗜睡1例,颈亢2例,心动过缓(38次/分)1例,心动过速(140次/分)2例,频发早搏1例;肝大2例,在肋下3cm～6cm,克氏征
