目的:观察淫羊藿总黄酮对大鼠心肌缺氧的预防和治疗作用。方法:采用腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素的方法建立大鼠急性心肌缺氧模型,观察不同浓度淫羊藿总黄嗣对大鼠心电图(ECG)、心肌超氧化物岐化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA)及血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的影响。结果:淫羊藿总黄嗣对大鼠Ⅱ导联ECG异常有明显改善作用。其可以明显升高SOD活性,并降低心肌MDA含量、血清CK及LDH水平。结论:淫羊藿总黄酮对异丙肾上腺素诱发的大鼠心肌缺氧具有保护作用。
Objective: To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of total flavonoids of Epimedium on myocardial hypoxia in rats. METHODS: Rat acute myocardial hypoxia models were established by intraperitoneal injection of isoproterenol. The electrocardiogram (ECG), myocardial superoxide dismutase (SOD), and different concentrations of total icterus of Epimedium were observed. Effects of aldehydes (MDA) and serum creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH). RESULTS: Epimedium total jaundice significantly improved the ECG abnormalities in rats’ lead II. It can significantly increase SOD activity and reduce myocardial MDA content, serum CK and LDH levels. Conclusion: Epimedium Flavonoids can protect myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol in rats.
