目的:建立胃痛丸质量控制方法,提高完善其质量标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别处方中木香、丁香、延胡索以及当归;采用HPLC法测定枳壳中柚皮苷的含量,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(20∶80),柱温为35℃,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为283 nm。结果:TLC色谱斑点清晰,柚皮苷在0.069~1.030μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.20%,RSD=1.26%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确度高,简便可行。
Objective: To establish the method of quality control of Wei Tong Wan and improve and perfect its quality standard. Methods: The prescriptions were identified by TLC. The content of naringin in Fructus aurantii was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile - water (20:80). The column temperature was 35 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1 and the detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results: TLC chromatogram spots were clear. Naringin showed good linearity (r = 0.999 9) in the range of 0.069-1.030 μg with an average recovery of 98.20% and RSD = 1.26% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple and feasible.
