一、国外工艺装备水平1.刀具刀具是决定生产能力的重要工艺装备,刀具的材料和结构决定切削用量。国外刀具材料在采用高速钢、硬质合金和陶瓷这三大系列的基础上又发展了微粒硬质合金、碳化钛和氮化钛涂层以及金属陶瓷,以适应生产需要的不同切削速度和走刀量的要求。图1列出了这几种刀具材料所适用的范围。汽车主要零件的生产节拍已达到每辆0.5分的水平,这与刀具切削速度和走刀量的提高是分不开的。从表1可以看出,国外不同材料刀具的切削速度较高,高速钢的切削速度可达40m/min(它是采用了钼高速钢、钴高速钢和粉末冶金高速钢而达到的)。
