静态混合器是依靠内部特殊的结构单元实现各种流体混合的设备。本文介绍了静态混合器的分类、几何形态、工作原理及影响混合效果的重要参数。在药学领域的应用中,静态混合器可进行混合、乳化、萃取及化学反应等过程,具有混合均一性较好、能耗低的优点,但也存在管道易堵塞、参数复杂、缺乏统一标准等不足。
Static mixer is to rely on the internal special structure unit to achieve a variety of fluid mixing equipment. This article describes the static mixer classification, geometry, working principle and affect the mixing effect of the important parameters.
