为研究混凝土靶厚度对弹坑形成的影响,应用层裂机理进行定性分析。通过弹体贯穿不同厚度混凝土靶的模型试验,获得靶板破坏效果和剩余速度。对贯穿过程进行数值模拟,得到混凝土靶贯穿的内部破坏过程,仿真图像与试验现象吻合较好。根据不同速度和厚度对混凝土靶的剩余速度进行耗能理论计算,得到单位厚度靶板耗能与速度的关系。
In order to study the influence of concrete target thickness on the formation of crater, qualitative analysis is made by using the mechanism of layer splitting. Through the model test of the projectile penetrating concrete targets of different thicknesses, the destructive effect and the residual velocity of the target plate are obtained. Through the numerical simulation of the penetration process, the internal failure process of concrete target penetration is obtained. The simulation images are in good agreement with the experimental results. According to different velocity and thickness, the residual energy of concrete target is calculated theoretically by energy dissipation, and the relationship between energy consumption and velocity of target per unit thickness is obtained.
