采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、电子万能材料试验机等方法,研究了Al-Ti-B-O复合细化剂对A356铝合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:Al-Ti-B-O复合细化剂细化了A356铝合金的晶粒,减小了二次枝晶间距;Al-Ti-B-O复合细化剂加强了Al-10Sr对共晶Si的变质效果,使共晶Si由粗大的针状变成细小的珊瑚状;当复合细化剂的添加量为0.5wt%时,合金抗拉强度为199 MPa,伸长率达到了5.6%,与未细化的A356合金(168 MPa,3.4%)相比,抗拉强度和伸长率分别提高了31 MPa和2.2%。
The effects of Al-Ti-B-O composite refiner on the microstructure and mechanical properties of A356 aluminum alloy were studied by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and electronic universal testing machine. The results show that Al-Ti-BO composite refiner refined the grains of A356 aluminum alloy and reduced the secondary dendritic spacing. Al-Ti-BO composite refiner strengthened the effect of Al-10Sr on eutectic Si The metamorphic effect changed the eutectic Si from coarser needle to coral. When the addition amount of composite refiner was 0.5 wt%, the tensile strength of the alloy was 199 MPa and the elongation reached 5.6% Tensile strength and elongation increased by 31 MPa and 2.2%, respectively, for the un-refined A356 alloy (168 MPa, 3.4%).
