研究了醇脱氢酶和牛血清白蛋白在吐温８０－盐－水液－固萃取体系中的分配行为，讨论了ｐＨ值和分相盐浓度对酶及蛋白质萃取率的影响．用该体系从酵母中分离纯化醇脱氢酶，一步纯化倍数１．４，收得率８０％．
The distribution of alcohol dehydrogenase and bovine serum albumin in Tween 80-salt-water liquid-solid extraction system was studied. The effects of pH value and salt concentration on the extraction rate of protein and protein were discussed. The system was used to separate and purify alcohol dehydrogenase from yeast. The purification ratio was 1.4 and the yield was 80%.
